Any person not below the age of 18 years who accepts to abide by the memorandum and rules and regulations of the Arya Samaj Haridwar and pays the membership fee will be enrolled as a member of the Arya Samaj Haridwar by filling the prescribed form of the Arya Samaj Haridwar duly signed and introduced by the Pradhan or any other office bearer.
